Troubleshooting Your Connection This troubleshooting guide was created to help students get online for the first time, or be a reference for existing students. We have designed this site so that you can print out any one section to have a hard copy on-hand as you go through the steps at your PC. While you may have received a welcome packet at the beginning of the school year, the information contained on this website covers many more topics. At the bottom of each troubleshooting section you will be given some information on what to do if your efforts to fix the problem have failed. Sometimes it is recommended that you try something else contained within this website, but it may also refer you to a different means of support.
